We value and encourage the feedback of clients, caregivers, and community members about the programs and practices of the organization.
Click on the button below to download the 'Your Experience' brochure. Completed brochures can be returned to any Giishkaandago'Ikwe Health Services team member or mailed to the address on the brochure. Alternatively, fill out the online 'Your Experience' feedback form.

We will make every effort to ensure individuals receive follow up within 2 business days.
If you wish to be contacted about your feedback, please ensure you provide your name and contact information. We will be unable to contact any individual who chooses to remain anonymous.
