Cultural Community Support
Within our Cultural Community Support programming our Wiidokaazo and our Shkaabewiz Workers take care of the sweatlodge and teaching lodge at Mental Health Services.
Ceremonies are a large part of the services we offer and those interested in learning and healing are welcome to attend our lodges and ceremonies.
Services Provided:
- Introduction to ceremony
- Partnering with community Elders/workers
- Support with wellness projects
- Land based teachings and healing
- Sharing circles
- Support groups
- Sweatlodge Ceremony
- Drumming
- Linkages to traditional healers and Elders
